Over the years I've heard many reasons why people don't like going to a dry cleaning store. Finding time to go to a store twice to drop off and pick up one load, getting kids in and out of the car, standing in line when you are in a hurry, not being able to get to the store before it closes or dealing with untrained or uncaring counter staff can all be frustrating. I enjoy working with my clients, making this one area of their life easier.
My company doesn't have stores. We have vans. Even with the high gas prices I have a lot less overhead than a store does. That allows me to provide great quality service at prices less than the big regional chain stores.
We currently work with families and companies in certain areas of Downtown, Short North, Victorian Village, Brewery District, German Village, Arena District, Bexley, Blacklick, Easton Area, Gahanna, New Albany, Pickerington and Polaris.
